Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Agreement:

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Dr. Fuji Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Dr. Fuji reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Affiliate Program Enrollment:

To enroll in the Program, you must submit an application through the Website. We may approve or reject your application at our sole discretion. We may also terminate your participation in the Program at our sole discretion, without cause.

3. Commissions:

• Commissions will be paid based on the amount of qualified sales made through your affiliate links.
• A qualified sale is a sale of a product or service to a customer, which is not canceled or refunded, within 45 days of the referral.
• The commission rate is 10% of the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
• Payments will be made on a monthly basis, on or around the 10th of the following month, after the minimum payout threshold of $100 is reached.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotion:

• You will be provided with a unique affiliate link to use in promoting Dr. Fuji's products or services.
• You may use banners, text links, and other promotional materials provided by Dr. Fuji to promote the products or services.
• You must ensure that your website or promotion does not contain inappropriate or offensive content, and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

5. Termination:

• Dr. Fuji reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program immediately and without notice if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at our discretion.
• Upon termination, you will cease using all promotional materials, and remove any affiliate links from your website.

6. Relationship of Parties:

• You and Dr. Fuji are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
• You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Dr. Fuji will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with the Program or these Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimers:

• Dr. Fuji makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products or services sold through the Program.

9. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of United States, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

10. Miscellaneous:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr. Fuji with respect to the Program.
