What makes DR.BOSS massage chair UNIQUE?

DB-8500 massage chair invites you to experience a world of relaxation and goood health. There are 50 basic types of massages provided by a combination of the basic functions: AIR MASSAGE, KNEAD, TAPPING, SHIATASU, and others. There is also a 3D MODE that gives back and forth movements to the knead balls and rolling to extend the backbone. 734 combinations are largest in the industry. 734 includes 50 types of massages by mechanical and 9 types by air. In total, there are 495 types of massage. DB-8500 massage chairs imitate the powerful and gentle touch of a professional's hands. You can now experience all of this at the comfort of your own home.

What types of massage does DR.BOSS massage chairs provide?
  • Deep knead - When you feel severe stiffness or tiredness over the entire body, the chair will provide a very deep and firm massage that you have never experienced in the past. The deep knead-up is applied from the lower part to the top toward the shoulders. The deep knead down is applied from the top to the lower part toward the core of the body.
  • Rubbing - Stiffness of the body will be relieved softly in a manner similar to soft kneading by the palms.
  • Shiatsu - Blood circulation is promoted by repeated compressions and relaxations produced by the pushing and pulling movements.
  • Stretch - Stiffness is alleviated with a function that feels like the pushing up and pulling down of hands.
  • Wavelet - A combination of tapping and kneading alleviates fatigue and promotes blood circulation.
  • Tapping - Rhythmical and repeated tapping by the knead balls remove the fatigue accumulated in the muscles.

Can I adjust the massage chair to fit my needs?

Yes. All of our massage chairs come with automatic programs and manual programs. You can always adjust the chair to your liking and the controls are easy to use.

What is the warranty policy?


DB-8500 massage chairs are covered by a 3 year limited warranty. During the first year of ownership, the massage chair is covered with 90 days In-Home services, parts and labor for 1 year. In the second and third yer, only parts are covered.


DB-8500 massage chairs are covered with a 1 year warranty for Commercial use. This covers 90 days In-Home service, parts and labor in the first year of ownership.


Extended Warranty is available for DB-8500 massage chairs. You can purchase an additional year(s) for Parts coverage. You can purchase a total of 7 additional years, which would total in 10 years of warranty. Certain Extended Warranty Fees Apply.

How long does delivery take and how will I be notified about the delivery date?

Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is via whichever carriers. White glove delivery service is also avialable at additional costs. We are not held responsible for any delays due to customs, duty regulations, procedures, shipping company's errors, or any other reasons out of our control. In case there is a shortage in the item you ordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
After your chair is picked up by the carrier, you wil recieve a notification from our customer services. You may also requirest a delivery window on a specified date that is convenient for you.

How do you charge shipping fee?

Shipping charges for our massage chairs range from $500 to $999* depending on the weight of the chair. Shipping costs for smaller items, such as the foot massager, ranges from $25 to $150.
*Hawaii and Alaska shipment costs extra.

Is it simple to assemble the chairs?

Yes. Our chairs already come in a whole unit and only simple assembly of chair accessories are needed. Complete setup instructions come with the chair delivery. It is recommended that two people operate due to the weight of the chair.

Can I return my chair if I am not satisfied with its operation and performance?

Customers are dissatisfied due to the lack of understanding of the chair's operation. Our professional customer support staff will assist you in understanding how to use your chair to meet your personal need(s).


For online orders, if you find the chair unsatisfactory, we will arrange for a return and refund as long as the chair is in original factory and resalale conditions with all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories included. This must be done no later than 7 days from the purchase date. A refund will be issued less the S&H cost after our inspection. There will be other associated charges/restocking fees if the merchandise returned is damaged, misused, or abused. No return will be accepted after 7 days. All returns must be authorized by us and an RMA number is required for the return shipment.


For trade show and on-site (i.e. showroom) orders, cancellations of purchase orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount can only be accepted on the same date it was purchased. We do not accept cancellation or issue a refund after 24 hours of the sales transaction. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%, freight prepaid, and shall be in the original box. A deposit paid for a specific purchase order is absolutely not refundable. All sales are final.

How is my information used?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to others without your consent. The information we collected are only used for the purpose of filling orders, contacting customers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our website, statistical purposes, and to administer our systems. We may use third parties to fulfill these responsibilities for us, but we will only give the neccessary information for them to do their job. Our computer system protects personal information using advanced firewall technology.
